Details:
Who: All OCM Missionaries, OCM Friends, their spouses, children or guest. Note: Any OCM Missionary is welcome as we appreciate that companionships overlap the tenure of Mission Presidents.
When: Friday, 30 March 2012
Where: Chapel located @ 1600 N. 1030 W., Orem, UT Take Exit 273 off I-15 (Special thanks to Kristen Bishop Peterson for arranging the building once again)
(this is the same chapel that we have used the past 5 years)
Time: Start @ 6:00 pm and lasting until 9:30 pm. Updates/Introductions @ 7:00 pm but it is come and go as your schedule permits.
Dress: Church Cultural Hall Casual
Food: Snacks & Desserts. Some missionaries have suggested bringing pre-prepared (ready to serve) potluck such as snack foods, fruit, relish, desserts. This idea is welcome, but don't feel obligated to bring food.. We will be sure to have enough supplemental Snacks,(including cheese sticks) Desserts, Bottled Water and Juice, along with paper-ware, cups, etc. Please let us know if you are bringing food so we can plan accordingly and not waste food.
