A couple of weeks ago we had several traditional folk dancers from David, Chiriqui stay at our home while they were performing at Bountiful Summerfest and several cultural festivals in West Valley. They had lots of different and very ornate polleras/costumes. And their performances were VERY entertaining. Just listening to the music and talking to them brought back lots of great memories. It reminded me how happy and enerjetic the Panamanian people are and why I fell in love with the country while I was on my mission. Have you looked at Panama yet on Google Earth? It's pretty amazing. I am trying to find some areas on the map like Nuevo Mejico Colon, Panama Pedregal, David Bolivar, Los Andes San Miguelito, Lassonde David, and Fatima San Miguelito. If you haven't used Google Earth yet you need to try it. My Google Earth Username is TCooper5 or you can send me coordinates to Todd@fubbershmor.com - If any one can help me locate these areas it would be much appreciated. Ya hemos regresado de Panama. Fuimos con un grupo de 12 personas para hacer una obra humanitaria. Nos fue muy bien. Construimos un anexo al centro de salud en Nargana. Pusimos dos aire condicionadores. Pintamos. Les dimos vitaminas ,paquetes para el hygiene y para la escuela. Para ver los fotos vayan al parte del Sitio marcado "Fotos"

We appreciate so much those that made our 2005 Panama Mission Successful. Especially Annette Gamero, who was the chairman of the Pres. & Sister Seegmiller Panama Reunion.
We were so excited to see each of you and catch up on what you were currently doing in your very busy lives.
There is nothing more rewarding to a Pres & his wife than to see that their missionaries are still actively engaged in the work of the Lord.
For those of you who live out of the area and could not attend, we send our love and appreciation. Please keep in touch.

This is El Unico Chombo Blanco Wright. I had a question to all those who currently work at the MTC or BYU. I wanted to know the name of the language program that we used in the MTC to learn Spanish or other foreign languages and also if it's available to purchase it. I was interested in purchasing a good computer program to learn another language like Japanese or Arabic. I'll appreciate any information ya'll can give me. During 1974 we asisted in building the chapel in Panama city, it was the first building in the city, the canal zone didn't count. I am seeking photos of the building.
It was located across the street from the Jewish Synagogue. Any help? I'm one of the silent old timers on this list. I served in 1974, in David and in the city
