Update on mission closure 17 Jul 2011
Its been a couple of years since the Pennsylvania Harrisburg Mission was absorbed into both the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia missions. I haven't seen any updates to the closure but thought I'd share what I found out over the past few months.

For those who do not know, you can obtain current boundaries of all missions of the Church by logging into lds.org with your LDS Account and going to the maps and doing a search for locations of worship. On the resulting page at the bottom on the left-hand side you can select to show boundaries of missions.

Out of the 5 stakes that were in the Pennsylvania Harrisburg Mission, 4 of them (Altoona, Williamsport, Harrisburg, York) went to the Pittsburgh Mission and one (Scranton) went to the Philadelphia Mission.
