PORK BAR-B-Q

1 head garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper

1/4 cup Sugar

2 pieces Calamansi

1 tablespoon Rock Salt

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Catsup

1 kilo lean Pork, cut into 1" cubes

Prepare marinade by combining first 8 ingredients. Marinate pork in refrigerator overnight. Skewer Pork on bamboo sticks. Broil over charcoal grill, when almost done baste with sauce (below). Serve hot.

SAUCE

1/2 cup Cooking Oil

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1/2 cup Banana Catsup

few drops of Hot Sauce

Combine all ingredients well.
