Russia Moscow South Mission Reunion - President Wright
Date: Saturday, July 31st
Time: 4pm - 9pm
Location: Granger North Stake Center Pavilion, 3175 South 3450 West
Main Activity: Potluck Dinner/Games/Fireside
What to Bring: Salad or desert to share and your own meat to barbecue. Any kid or yard games you may have.
Cost: a few bucks per family to help pay for treats and supplies
Dress: Casual
Agenda (for those who can't stay the whole time)
4-5pm Setup, cook dinner
5-6:30 Dinner
6:30-7:30 Fireside
7:30-end Pictures, Roasting, Games, Mingle
...and, Does anyone have a large water container for mixing and dispersing drinks...you know like on the sidelines of football games. I have no clue what they're called. Let me know ASAP!
Not much grass area but we will still have an actual fire! Remember, bring your own meat and a salad or dessert to share, plus a few extra dollars to help defray the cost of drinks and treats!
We will mainly be outside due to the awesome weather and the fact that there will be many kids. We will be having a fire so feel free to bring stuff to roast. Also, we will sing some hymns in Russian so bring your mission Hymnal or the new full Russian version from the distribution center. We will be taking pictures of family and friends with the Wrights that will be keepsakes. Please feel free to contact me with any questions and I hope we can see you all there.
