RUSSIA VALDIVOSTOK MISSIONARY REUNION
Dear Elders, Sister, Senior Couple Missionaries, Converts and Spouses and Friends,
It’s time again to gather the troops together for 5th Annual Russia Vladivostok Mission Reunion!
WHO: Those invited are:
(1) Missionaries who served with the Oswald’s;
(2) Missionaries called from our mission in 2001-2004;
(3) Russian converts of 2001-2004; and
(4) Spouses, girl friends, boy friends of any of the above.
WHEN: The time is Friday, October 3, 2008, from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. (This is the evening before General Conference).
WHERE: We will meet in the cultural hall of the Monument Park Second Ward, 1005 South 2000 East, Salt Lake City. This is the Oswald’s home ward where the 2004, 2005, and 2007 reunions were held.
We will be asking some who live in the Salt Lake-Provo Area to serve on a program committee. We need help in planning the program, participating in musical numbers, setting up, taking down and with the light refreshments. Most of the time will be devoted to visiting and getting reacquainted. If you would like to participate, please RSVP to Sister Oswald at mavisoswald@hotmail.com and let us know if you can help and can come. Dress will be “business-dress” appropriate for a Church meeting. No ties and coats for elders, but no Levis, thongs, or T-shirts either.
Your invitation is being sent to the last email addresses we have for you. Please help pass the word to missionaries you know who may not get this e-mail invitation.
