I was only able to visit the branch one Sunday. The Ducoeur's were there.
Dugi passed the Sacrament.
Isabelle (her last name has been changed since she married a while back) Dargance? was visitting. She arrived in France the same day I did, almost the same time. She has been in Madacascar with her husband who was sent there for work. They have two? kids. She gave a talk. Isabelle's mother Alice Lagica was there last Sunday(report from Chambrions).
The Chambrions in good health. Frere Chambrion is a counsellor in the branch. I got to bless the Sacrament with him.
I visited Lisette Mittoux. She is doing a lot better since the last time I saw her. If anyone would like to write to her (if you know her) I would be most happy to help. She really could use some kind words just now. I had a really good opportunitly to talk and spent several hours at her bedside. I've got a couple of stories that I'll post in the stories section.
S. Gaillard has been strong in the Church, but recently she has taken ill and could also use a letter from those of you who know her.
Geradine is often there.

Does anyone have any information about Souer Hughette Brillon in Avignon? I served in Avignon back in 1986, and would like to know how she is doing.

Michelle Veyrier
Thanks,

Hi. I served in the mission from May '93 to Aug. '94. I served in Ferney-Voltaire, Dijon, Sion, Geneve & Bienne. I'd be most grateful for any current information on the branches/wards in these areas, especially Sion. And does anyone know where Soeur Rachel Tate is these days? Merci!

Hi This is Sr. Lisa Warnick. I'm looking Sr. Kate (Ryan) Armitage. I kept track of her for quite a while and then I lost her. I'm also looking for info on Myriam Dampt. She married a guy from SLC and moved here. Is she still around? Any info on either please email me.

I am trying to get in contact with Eric & Chrystelle Pernette. They were baptized in Besancon in 92, moved to Gex and then somewhere else in the Geneva area last I heard.
Does anyone have any info on how I could contact them?

Does anyone need or want information from the mission in the Chalon-sur-Soane Area, that includes Le Creusot. I'll be stopping there for a while. I'll be visiting the missionaries and the branch. If you have questions you would like answered of the people there, send them to me quickly. I'm leaving June 11.
Doug Monson asked how a couple of families are doing.
Reply:
I can tell you now that the branch exists in Chalon-sur-Soane. The meeting place is downtown Chalon. The Barbara Ducoeur lives in Arizona with her husband and 3 or 4 kids. The parents I believe are still active and doing ok, not great but ok.
The Berthiers have had some problems. It has been a while since I last spoke with them. Or had much news. Sandrine has visited the US several times. And I think the last time she came with her little sister.
The branch has grown since then and they include Les Chambrions, and many other good families. I can't say that the branch is doing incredibly well but the missionaries are trying to help them grow.

My wife & I hope to visit Switzerland this summer, and I'm looking for the address and meeting times for the church in Neuchatel. Any hints? Other than calling the Mission Home, can you point me to a web site, e-mail, or US phone number?
