They were helping the victims of the typhoon. The one who wore a blue shirt and glasses was the member in Zhanghua first ward. He is Elder ...Tang. The other one who wore a scarf on his head is Elder Uribe, he is from Peru. He just moved to Kaohsiung a few days ago."
