I graduated from BYU in Elementary Education and taught 2nd grade for six years. In 1987 I married William Oborn who is from California. We met while he was studying at BYU. We have 4 children: three girls (ages 22, 19, and 16), and 1 boy (age 9). For the first part of our marriage we lived in Orem and in Payson, Utah. For the last 7 and a half years we have resided in Roseville, California. I am a stay at home mom. I teach piano lessons and will have 17 students in the fall. I currently serve as a ward organist. I love the Chinese people that I served on my mission and have a great respect for them. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's true church on the earth. I am thankful for the Savior's atoning sacrifice that makes it possible for us to come unto Christ and be perfected in him. I love attending the temple, and I am grateful for my membership in this church. |
