Elizabethton 07 Nov 2005
I spoke with one of the members in Elizabethton this evening. She said that the Elizabethton area is going to be closed for awhile. She said that there aren't a lot of missionaries coming in right now.

This has to be inspired, but please pray for the people there, that their hearts might be softened, that when the missionaries do go back to Elizabethton , that they will reap the harvest.

Elizabethton is a great area, and the people there are close to my heart. Please keep them in your prayers.

For those of you who know Kathy Baker, she isn't doing very well. Nanny said that the doctors found a tumor on her adrenaline gland. Please keep her in your prayers.

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
