Presidents: Douglas E. Brinley (1987 - 1990) | M. Dean Anderson (1990 - 1993) | Served: 1989 - 1991 | Language(s) spoken:English | Areas Served: Rockwall, Athens, Sulphur Springs, Dallas 1st Ward | Companions: Chris Allen | Robert E. Jones | Matthew Terry | Your Occupation: Work Comp billing and interior design | Spouse: N/A | Comments: I stayed in Utah after my mission instead of returning to California. I have become an avid snow skiier and I am also on The USA Adaptive Bobsled team. I work full time for a company where we bill on behalf of pharmacies on work comp claims and I do interior design part time. I'm currently in the Young Men's presidency in my ward. I bought a home in West valley last July and am really enjoying being about five minutes from work and I really like the diversity of the area where I live. Last year was a crazy one for me. I was hit by a car in a parking lot down in Orem after going out to dinner with my family for my brother's birthday. My left leg was broken pretty badly, and I had to have surgery to put everything back together. I was off work for seven weeks recovering. Then in June last Summer, I had another surgery to remove the pins and plate that were put in during the first surgery at the beginning of February. I've recovered pretty well and am back to skiing and getting around pretty much as well as before the accident. My leg gets a little achy when it's stormy, and gets tired if I overdo it, I'm doing great all things considered. I went down to one of my favorite places, Lake Powell this Fall, and did a pretty major hike up to some Indian ruins and my leg did a lot better than I expected. I love to hike and push myself, so I'm glad I don't have to give that up. I'll add a picture later. I just found out about the site and I'm at work, so I'll add a picture when I get home later. |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
