I am living in my hometown of Ivins. My wife (Katja) and I have been married for almost 3 years. We were married June 4th 2004 in the St. George temple. Our Daughter Aniya-Noel was born Dec. 20, 2005, and she is one of the greatest sources of joy in our lives. Katja and I both joined our local volunteer Fire dept. She is a safety officer and I am an EMT-I. I've been released from my calling as Varsity scout coach and am now the first counselor in the Sunday School presidency. Katja is a primary instructor and teaches the 11 year olds. Noel isn't old enough for nursery yet but last week she walked all the way from the chapel to the nursery and went right in and started playing with the other children. I currently work full time at Lowe's in the garden center. I also started my own landscaping company 6 months ago.
My wife is good friends with Alyssa Cox, who is married to Elder Shane Cox who served with us, and is the little sister of Elder Dave McBride who also served with us Spanish speaking. Our wives get annoyed when the three of us get together because all we talk about is mission stories. My other companions were D. Bodkin, B. Babcock, M. Vera, A. Krause, Pearson, D. Ebbs, C. Shearer, and K. Spencer. |
