Comments:
I came home and married a wonderful lady named Helen Morris and we have 5 children Kent 27(RM) (Married-Megan), Leanna 23, (Married-Brandon/RM), Kimbra 22, (Married-Bryan/RM), Rachel 19, and Seth 16. I've held various callings in the church and enjoyed serving. My wife and I graduated from BYU, and then I went to graduate school at Trinity University in San Antonio and received my Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. I've been working for the VA Healthcare system for 25 years this August. We've lived in San Antonio, Kansas City, West Jordan (UT), Heber City(UT), Canyon, Texas, and now Mesa Arizona.

As crazy as it sounds, we moved to Canyon, Texas in February of 2009 ago when I became the COO of the Amarillo VA Medical Center. It was completely unexpected, and something we never planned on, but the Lord had other plans. We attended the Canyon, Texas Ward (used to be a Branch) that was the first area I served in on my mission(7 great months!). It was a little surreal at times but very enjoyable as well. What used to be a couple zones is now the Texas Lubbock Mission. We very much enjoyed working with the Canyon missionaries (Elders). We had investigators and new converts over to our home many times for lessons and meals. It brought back great memories and strengthened our testimonies.

In June of 2012 my wife, 16 year old son Seth and I moved to the Phoenix/Mesa area where I took a job promotion to be the COO of the Phoenix VA Healthcare System. We're excited to be closer to family.

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
