We moved to St George in Jan. 2005 in order for our kids to attend descent schools, so I made the 300 mile trip every weekend while I worked in CA. It turned out to be a blessing because it wasn't so hard when I got deployed to Iraq.
I retired from the Army in November 2009 and started flying with Guardian Air Ambulance in Flagstaff in April 2010.
Susan teases me about being the eternal student because I have a BS in Aeronautics, an MBA in accounting & finance, and as of June 2010 I am half way through an MA in History. I think I will start on an AS in nursing next year.
Something that is truly scary is that I have a daughter getting married in Provo in July 2010 and another getting ready to put in her mission papers. Wow, when did I get so old? |
