Post mission, worked for the Thai Government Ministry of Commerce Trade promotion office and with the Siam Cement Trading Group. Travel to Thailand once a year or so for the Bangkok Marathon Tour and other business. Still keep in touch with Thai friends as well as fellow alumni Chris Carroll and Rodney Tucker. Although I wasn't able to attend, I understand the 2006 Anniversary Tour was a success. Please feel free to email me with feedback if you attended. Also I highly recommend reading "Translating Scripture" by Reed Haslam. Great read as well as some good mission history especially if you served in the 70's or early 80's. |
