I am looking to contact welfare services missionaries who worked with refugees in Thailand in the 1980s. I would like to get their stories for inclusion in a new book on Church History in SE Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Laos,Vietnam and Burma). If you served as a welfare services missionary and would like to contribute to this book please contact me

Thought I'd give this a try. In 1984 I baptised this wonderful Thai lady who was raising two children on her own. A middle-aged lady at that time. Finding her and gifting the gospel to her was the highlight of my mission. I had heard from her by mail many years ago that she was moving and did not provide an address, then I lost her. She was in the Asoke branch at the time. Just in case anyone knows anything of her, please let me know. Chanida Limphatanasith.
Amen

I am looking for former missionaries who may have known Brother Bunja Tarirut. In 1974-1975 he studied the gospel and was baptized in Ayuthaya Thailand. More recently he and his family have been attending the Rangsit Branch in the Bangkok Thailand Stake. If you know Brother Bunja please contact me.

I have been searching for Cathy Lamborelle from Canada who was my companion in Thailand 1986. If you have her contact info could you send it to me please? Thank You.
I just found out the Sister Patchanee Tipsontia passed away back in 2006. I'd like to know what happened to her. She was an awesome companion, very hard worker, and loved God very much. I will not have the opportunity to converse with her until the next life. If you know what happened to her and who did her temple work, I'd appreciate it. Thank you! -Sister Angela Skabelund angela@bewellinternational.com

In 1982 I was serving as a missionary in the Bangkhen branch and we baptized a sister named Suphinyaa Sukbungjong. I know that she remained active in the church for many years, but I have had no contact with her since my mission. I was wondering if anyone had any information about whether she has remained active in the church.

The Utah Health & Human Rights Project is working with a bunch of Thai families right now that have recently immigrated to Salt Lake City and they need to hire someone on to do case management for them for about 2-3 months. I think they pay about $20.00 per hour. If anyone is interested and has the time to devote to this, please email me at thai_deb@yahoo.com
Sincerely,
Debbie (Bell) Snow
