Just FYI, there is a mission reunion for Pres. Hoffmann this week. I just got the official information, and it is as follows:
Subj: Hoffmann Reunion
Date: 18 Oct 2007
Time: 6 PM
Address: Monica Hoffmann; 10789 S. Navarro Way; S. Jordan, UT 84095 (2 blocks NW of the Daybreak temple) – Turn west on 11400 S & Bangerter (near the District) to begin finding the home.
If you served under Pres. Hoffmann, “be there or be square”. Please forward this on to anyone you still know that served under Pres. Hoffmann!
Thanks,
Elder Davy

I have had several former missionaries RSVP. Try and find a babysitter for that evening. The reunion starts at 7pm. More details at www.ksl.com in the classifieds under the announcement heading. Hope to see you there.

Presidente Nicolaysen (1996-1999) has asked me to relay the following messages to all alumni of the Venezueala Caracas Mission.
GOOD NEWS: Calabozo and San Fernando are now a district with two branches in Calabozo (Calabozo and Los Angeles), and one in San Fernando. Pablo Luque, former branch president in San Fernando, is now first counselor in the district
presidency. Henry Perez of Valle de la Pascua is a counselor in the Caracas mission presidency.
BAD NEWS: According to Pedro Larreal, CES director for the Caracas Mission area, the number of missionaries in each Venezuelan mission averages 50 to 70, and the leadership may be considering recombining some missions.
HOW YOU CAN HELP: There are no longer any domestic suit manufacturers in Venezuela. Virtually all new suits are imported. Store prices are too high for most to afford. Many of us have used suits and ties lying around that could be spruced up and used by young men in the Caracas mission. You might remember particpating in a similar program at Christmas time in 1996.
Please send your old suit(s) to President Nicolaysen, and he will gather them into shipping bundles and send them to Pedro Larreal for distribution. He will be able to handle any customs issues.
Please contact President Nicolaysen for more information

Esto es de parte de la Familia Hannan miembros de la iglesia desde el 1980. Favor enviar mensaje o respuesta a este correo. Gracias

Hi, I am ready to put together a group who can help organize our mission reunion for this fall. It will be a 20-year reunion for President D. Asay. Let me know if you can help. I live in Utah County, but we could meet in the Salt Lake City area, if needed.
Thanks, Hermana Braley
