This is the first time I leave a message here, and I wish I could have better news. Troy Carter (Elder Carter) just passed away a couple of months ago. He developed a type of cancer in his lungs which consumed him really fast. He was living in Orlando, Florida. I met Troy while he was living in Orlando, and I was able to see the great man he is, he was very dedicated to the Lord's work. He left behind a beautiful wife, and three children.
Para los que conocian al Elder Troy Carter, les quisiera extender la noticia de su fallecimiento hace dos meses. El contrajo un tipo de cancer fatal en los pulmones, el cual lo consumio en menos de seis meses. Yo conoci a Troy aqui en Florida, y pude ver a un hombre fuerte que dedicaba su vida completa al Señor. El dejo a una esposa muy linda, y tres niños preciosos.
