Just talked with my trainer Ryan Lewis the other day for the first time in 10 years. He is in the Gaurd and is stationed in Southwest Asia and is doing well. It was good to hear from him. I am back in school and it is going well. Emily and I love having our new baby daughter Karen in our family.
