Allen C. Feller, 43, Morningside 2nd Ward, St. George Utah Morningside Stake; bishop; former counselor in stake Young Men presidency, bishop's counselor, clerk, counselor in elders quorum presidency, project temple teacher, and missionary in Oregon and Idaho; president and owner of Feller Stone Co.; received associate degree from Dixie College and attended BYU; born in St. George, Utah, to George Russell and Mary Luella Carter Feller; married Sheri Esplin, five children. She is Relief Society compassionate service leader; former Relief Society president and counselor, counselor in Primary and Young Women presidency, Young Women secretary, Relief Society amd Primary teacher, Cub Scout leader, girls camp leader; received bachelor's degree in child development and family relations from BYU and associate degree from Dixie College; born in St. George, Utah, to Stanley Church and Diane Olson Esplin.
