Loves the mission and the people of Africa, 45 new investigators the first week, 8 showed up at church and already have baptisms scheduled in a newly opened area. Has Elder Ellis as a trainer, what a great Elder! Now on his second companionship with Elder Van Tonder, still loves Africa and the people of Zimbabwe, says they are so friendly and he would not be anywhere else!
Bryce has had several ward missionary companions, for a total of about 2 1/2 month of his 8 months out. At 3 months out he was senior companion, and at 7 month out he is now a DL and is going up to Harare and live in the transfer house next to the mission home. He continues to love the mission and now he even gets a van, YEA! He continued in Harare for 4 months as a Zone Leader, living with the AP's, then on to Mutare still a Zone Leader now for 6 months. He is just coming up on the 18 month mark, he will be home before we know it! |
