(for those of you who aren't on the yahoo group) Google Earth's resolution over Tirana has increased sometime recently. If you haven't looked in a while, it's worth checking out. I still host a file called http://www.geocities.com/xhonz/Albania.kmz.zip with some locations picked out and overlay maps. If anyone has any other places they want to add, just e-mail them to me. I'm working so much jet, plus my classes and everything...arrrggg so frustrating. :) My car cant pass the emissions test, piece of junk. I'm driving with no registration evb, so if you get a phone call from the county jail, please accept it. Smb has to bail me out :) What else..Killing my self over at the Gym. I've discovered the new fragrance of Yoga. I'm trying to get Byron to go with me -Yeah good luck I miss Ricks sometimes. It was so little and i knew so many people. The only people i know now is Family lol. But its cool. I called you yesterday by the way. They told me you were at church. Good gurl :) How is Ardi by the way? |

| I had a hard time getting the triple combination and had the hardest time finding it. Finally, I just personally called the SLC distribution center and asked for it and they mailed it to me within a week. Just call the distribution center and you should get it. | |

Elder Nelson Radmall will be returning home from the Albania Tirana Mission in a couple of days. If you see us with a permanent grin plastered on our faces you'll understand why. We are very excited for him to return home but at the same time realized how saddened he will be to leave the Albanian people and the other missionaries that he has grown to love. Last week we received a wonderful and tender letter from his mission president (President Paul Clayton) notifying us of his release. Nelson will be returning with a group of 9 Elders and 2 Sister Missionaries. Elder Radmall will be speaking in Sacrament Meeting on October 16th at 11 am. If you would like to attend Sacrament Meeting with us the Lindon Stake Center is located at 1050 E 100 N in Lindon, Utah 84042. | At long last, the Albanian triple combination has been printed. I got a sample copy last week, and it's very attractive. These books were printed in Frankfurt, Germany and so I don't know how long it takes for the US distribution center to get them on their shelves, but you should be able to call and order one. It doesn't appear on the distribution center website, but don't let them tell you that they don't exist because I have one. | |

Hi Everyone, I just got my mission call to Albania and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how the church is doing, the number of members, what a sister like myself might be doing there (proselyting, humanitarian, office work). I have some good friends here in West Lafayette, IN who are Albanian. Through them I have become aware of a community of Albanians in the Detroit area who sound like they are ripe to hear the gospel. I am wondering if there are any Alumni from the Tirana mission who are living in that area. I can contact the Detroit missionaries but they probably don't speak Albanian...Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Meg |

Hi Everyone, Just thought that I'd check in to say hi. I don't hear much from the people that were in my group on this site so maybe they are on another. Anyways, life is grand here in California. Heidi and I are getting ready to move into our first house in two months and we're so excited. Buying a house in California sure isn't easy. Chloe and Gavin (my kids) are doing great. As for myself, I'm getting ready to hit 5 years with UPS. I've been moved into a new position and now handle Worker's Comp. claims and disability claims. I also got placed as the areas Occupational Health Nurse. Don't ask me how, I've never been to nursing school. But, everyday I learn a lot and love life. Hope everyone is well and hope to here from you all soon. Richard McAllister |
