Even now it seems like just yesterday I was serving as a missionary in Mendoza. Time flies by but the memories and experiences I had there remain as vivid as if they had just happened. Currently I am serving once again in the U.S. Army Reserve overseas. I was only home for about nine months when I was activated so its been an experience leaving my loved ones behind again. Nevertheless I know that the Lord is mindfull of all things and I have learned a great deal here. We don't always know the purpose of certain events in our lives but I can testify that when we need to know it will be manifest. I think if anything my testimony of the truthfulness of this gospel is stronger now then ever. I learned a great many things serving a mission for the Lord and I have been able to apply many of those leasons here serving as a soldier. Thats pretty much my update in a nutshell. |
