Biography

Tomas F. Lindheimer was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Carlos Alfredo and Lita Lindheimer. After graduating from military school he came to the United States and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston. During this time he was baptized a member of the church and soon thereafter left on a mission to the Argentina North Mission. Pres. Lindheimer has served as a branch president, bishop, district president, stake president, mission president and regional
representative. He currently serves as a ward mission leader and works for Beehive Clothing, managing the garment production in Latin America.

Pres. Lindheimer married Maria del Pilar Cristobal in the Mesa, Arizona temple. They have 7 children and 10 grandchildren. Their oldest son Federico, who lived with them in the mission home, tragically drown in Pinamar, Argentina in December, 1993. Sister Lindheimer has served as a relief society president, stake relief society president and teacher of gospel doctrine, seminary and institute.
