I'm terrible about updating this thing...except for today.
We are currently pursing graduate education at Cornell University in Plant Pathology. I'm looking mainly at plant disease research with an emphasis on international agriculture. We'll be here until about 2012 depending on which lab I join, funding, etc. My overall goal in life is to own a mansion (that’s bigger than my neighbor’s), and build a massive greenhouse with a 5,000 gallon koi pond.
Sandi and I have three (Sheila, Aaron, Kiara) of the most wonderful kids on the planet (98th percentile anyway). People ask how many more kids we're going to have and I reply, "We're not going to have any kids". This gives me a good opportunity to get away and do something more interesting than discuss family dynamics...like solve world hunger.
My advice for the upcoming missionaries is to get email addresses from everyone you desire to keep in contact with.
