hola hola! why didn;t i know about this website earlier!?I guess I will give a brief run down of what I have been doing the past year (almost) since i have been home: got home october 25 and had surgery the 26th. dont worry, they got all the skin cancer and i walked out of the office. i lived at home in California, got engaged in december to the guy i thought i was going to marry eversince i was 14,(went to school during this)- ended up calling the engagement off in april- moved to Rexburg to live with sister stewart for the summer and had the time of my life! we were actually waitresses together- end of august sister stewart went back to montana :( and i headed to utah to live with a friend i grew up with and one of my roommates is President Riding's daughter. now i am a temporary Utard living in provo, working at a correctional facility for kids.i see sister chamberlain almost everyday and she is the one who told me about this website. my plan is to move back to california in january and start apprenticing for my dad in his salon. i decided that i want to one day take that over and in the mean time get to work along side my dad everyday :). ummm let's see, i cut all of my hair off a couple weeks ago and i still wear my dansco's to church- pretty lame huh. i love how i can go to a fireside here and see amazing men like President Monson and elder Irying. i got to go to conference saturday afternoon and i still get tears in my eyes when i walk in there. i have a question. anyone else start to cry when called to serve is sung or anything relating to missionary work? no? just me? that's cool. just making sure i'm a sap. well, i dont know what else to say so i am going to stop writing now. I love you elders and sisters and i wanted to thank you for being such great examples to me on the mission. thoughts of you and the experiences i had on the mission push me to be better everyday. hope to hear from some of you soon. Bye!
