Comments: I returned to BYU after my mission but the following year I left mid-semester to care for my mother. She had a heart attack and a year and a half later she passed away. I married Rhonda in June of '78 and we raised my brother who was 14. We have 5 children: 3 daughters and 2 sons. Our 2 oldest are married in the temple and we have 4 grandsons. I have been in sales and marketing for 30 years ending as a director of sales. In October of 2002 I had the first of 6 heart attacks and I am now totally disabled and retired at 52. My testimony is sure and certain, I have taught the Gospel Doctrine class for over 20 years cummulatively. I have also served as first counselor to a great bishop and have been an elders' quorum president and counselor and high priests' group leader as well as a ward clerk and stake music director. My wife is a great and nurturing mother whose children adore her. The power of the Atonement is real and touches every aspect of who I am and want to be. Life has been rich and full. |
