| Comments: I am actually Denny's wife, Lesa. We are all doing fine and still live in his home town. We adopted a beautiful baby boy in Feb. 2002, Ethan. He is the best thing that has ever happened to us! We also adopted another baby boy, Seth, Oct. 2006. We have been very blessed!!!! We were sad to hear of Rich Gibbon's passing away. He taught and baptized me just before he went home and served with Denny earlier in his mission. I am sorry to say that Elder Chris Stevens of New Zealand also passed away in the late 90's. He was at a family picnic where they all were swimming in a swimming hole with rocks to jump off of and into the water. He jumped and hit his head on the bottom somehow. I understand that the family didn't even realize that he was missing for quite awhile. He was the one who got me to take the discussions. He said that I was going to join The Church before he went home. He and Rich actually were the main ones that taught me the discussions. I am so thankful that they were sent here to find me. Although it does worry me a bit that I might be a bit of a jinx....... Ha! Does anyone know where Todd Weinager ( spelled wrong) is living??? Greg Eddy moved here a little over a year ago. We see him periodically. He is the same ole Eddy! Denny would love to hear from any of his old mission buddies!!! | |
