BIG Kahuna Razorback!!

Jim Gastelum	YIKES! A best-friend of mine, who now lives in the Pacific Northwest, found this on the net last week. Major league luau, anyone?. . . Check out this Arkansas Razorback! This hog was killed near Cedarville, Arkansas (5 mi from the OK border, 8 mi north of I-40), on Taylor Mt after 3 shots from a 7MM magnum. The day before, the man saw the hog eating on the side of the road. He pulled over and slammed his truck door, spooking the hog enough to have it charge him. He dove back into the truck, and the hog rammed the driver side, leaving a huge dent and 2 holes from his tusks. The next morning he came back in camo gear and found a spot to wait. When mega-hog returned, he shot and it turned and charged him. He shot again and the hog fell to his knees, but got back up and continued to charge. After the 3rd shot, the hog finally ghosted about 2 feet from his feet. The rest of the story is the picture - Big Pig was 8 ft long and over 800 lb, with razor sharp 7 1/2" tusks.	10 May 2004
