Un grand bonjour a tous! I remember well serving in the same city or district with many of you who have registered on this site. It is comforting to know that so many of us are still kicking. Let's drop over to Seraing for a "Big Mike"!
My testimony and committment to the church remain steadfast. Barbara and I have five children - four of them married, and five grandchildren. I was on the faculty at BYU for 15 years, took an early retirement in 2000 and moved back to Nebraska where I am a full time professor at the Kearney campus of the University of Nebraska. We went to grad school at Northwestern in Chicago then raised our family in Omaha from 1973-85, and it turned us into mid-westerners. We love having the Winter Quarters Temple near us. And we and love the friendly, never-out-of-fashion good neighbor culture here in Nebraska.
Life is good and I hope that you are blessed as well.
