Those of you who served in the Brazil Fortaleza mission back in 1987 know that in that year the Fortaleza mission was formed. In 1987 a group of us from the MTC entered Recife Brazil. It was the mission we were called to serve in. However, shortly after arriving, some of us were transferred to Fortaleza and would later serve in that mission. Richard Kunzler was a part of that group and would remain in the Recife mission.
On July 30, 2006 Elder Kunzler passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident leaving behind his beloved wife and three children.
Funeral services will be Friday, August 4, 2006, 11:00 a.m., in the Payson (Utah) South LDS Stake Center, 711 South 600 East. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Thursday, 6-8:00 p.m. or at the church Friday, 9:45-10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
