Hello, fellow alumni of the California Arcadia Mission.
I was just a humble visa waiter for the Ukraine Donetsk Mission but I did have a wonderful time augmenting your mission force for a few months. I am so glad to have spent my time in Glendale in the Armenian Branch with Elder South and Elder Tanner. I received my visa after a few months in the Mission and transferred to the Donetsk Mission where I lost 30 lbs. and in turn, gained a stronger testimony. With my luck, I came upon more visa problems with six months to go and was forced out of the Ukraine permanently. President Hinckley transferred me to the Russia St. Petersburg Mission for my last quarter of the mission. By the time I got to St. Petersburg I had been in as many missions as the Mission President.
Since then, I have gotten married to Mariann in the Las Vegas Temple by Elder J. Ballard Washburn of the Seventy and have been blessed by two of the most beautiful daughters, Emily Ann and Mallory Elizabeth.
p.s. I just found out that I can access this website in Russian or Ukrainian. KPYTO! That means "Cool" in Russian. |
