In Remembrance of our Beloved Carol

On the afternoon of Monday, June 14th of 2006, in the flower of her youth, full of life, without signs of illness, Ana Carolina passed away unexpectedly in her home surrounded by her husband, her three children and close family.

She was born on July 27, 1976 in La Ceiba, Honduras, Central America. Her parents are Marco Antonio and Avadesa Escoto, her brothers and sisters are Salomon, Yadira, Natalia, Marco, Tania, Guillermo, Dacia. Gean Carlo and Amy.

Being part of a large family offered Ana Carolina the opportunity to help her parents in raising her younger brothers and sisters. As the oldest child she had the responsibility to serve as a model for them in all aspects of life. She served as a Full-Time Missionary for 18 months in the California Fresno Mission. Her devote service to family, friends and neighbors was always a priority in her life.

In January, 2000 she married Josue Francisco Salazar. Of that union were born, Josue David, Daniel Sebastian, and Andrea Rebekah.

Some of her most notable qualities were transparency and guilelessness which helped her conserve her innocence and purity of youth. She was also characterized by a detachment from a want of material things. She sought the treasures in Heaven. She had an amazing sense of humor and a practical sense about life.

Ana Carolina has left a space impossible to fill. To her family and friends remains the challenge to live to the heights that she lived so that we may be worthy of living with her again. We ask God to give us the strength that we can faithfully meet that challenge. Because of her beautiful gifts and qualities it was difficult to know her without loving her.
