My family is trying to get in contact with an elder who served in the Granada Hills, California area back in 1960 when the mission was just simply called the California mission. His name was Willima E. Hanson and the card he left with us said he was from Lapeere Michigan. He was imstrumental in my family joining the church and he doesn't even know it. He shared his testimony with my hostile great grandmother on the doorstep and my grandmother was touched listening inside. Years later three generations of my family are all members and all my siblings and I have served missions. We would like to thank this man and tell him how he has effected our lives. |
