On August 20, 1994 I joined the church after receiving the missionary discussions from Elder Kotter and Elder Tingey. Drawing from the excellent example of these two great missionaries and the many others that followed after them, I was called to be a missionary a little over a year later. I only hope I could have done half as good a job.
In 1998, my wife Shannon and I were sealed in the House of the Lord, and currently we have four beautiful children (Eliza, Samuel, Abigail and Caleb).
If any of you who have served in the Calgary Canada mission (or who will ever serve in that misssion) ever wonder if your work is worth it, I can assure you that this marvelous work has brought more to my life than any treasure I have ever otherwise known. Thank you, all of you who have served so faithfully as missionaries to my home.
