In 1983 2 missionaries knocked on the door of young hippy couple with 3 children under the age of 3 in Victoria B.C. Although they listened to many great missionaries they waited until Elder Claude Charland from Quebec and Elder Bart Carlson from Utah could baptize them into the church. (Elder Keven Baker from Utah was involved too) Now these two old hippies have sold their bus and have sent their son on mission and three children married in the temple. My oh my the places we have been and the wonders we have seen. We would love to share this with those sweet young men if we could find them. If you know of them please let them know that there has been GREAT progress since the first referal they had to the church that was from Penthouse! |
