I loved serving my mission in Chile. My companions and the people I served will always be near and dear to my heart. Currently, I am finishing my PhD at BYU in Wildlife Biology. No, I'm not going to be a ranger some day. I got married in 1998, and I have 3 children (Jessica 7, Joseph 5, and Julie 1). The gospel and my family are the two most important things in my life. I went back to Chile one year after my mission to visit those I knew and loved. It was another highlight of my life. I still drink "mate" about every other night and I love it. It's one thing I like to do to keep Chile alive in me. |
