A Dream 16 Feb 2007
One early morning in 1961 my seventeen year old sister related to us a dream she'd had the night before. She said she saw in her dream two tall, handsome young men standing two houses down to the right of us. These young men were carrying a book, and we were supposed to listen to them and read the book. We teasingly told her that the two tall, handsome young men were a typical dream of a teenager. Shortly after we walked to the first gate, (entrance to our property) and saw two tall, young, handsome men standing two houses down to the right of ours. She said, see!!! I told you so!!! They came to our door, we asked them to return the next day, we listened, read the book, and the rest is the greatest gift our Father in Heaven has given us. These wonderful missionaries came at a time when we were suffering the recent loss of our mother, and our home and hearts were broken. God was setting things up, anticipating and preparing the way, as He always does. The gospel was and is, the true anchor, the only sure, firm foundation. The only way back to our Father in Heaven and our Savior Jesus Christ.
