G'day Mates 01/09/11
I hope everyone is great and had a wonderfull christmas. We went back to visit my family in northern Utah. I took my boys (who are now 7 and 4) skiing for the first time. I think my oldest had a lot more fun than the younger one did, considering my 4 year olds ski was about a foot and a half long. I certainly miss the snow living in Arizona, but I guess the 60 degree weather down here is not to rough :-) I am now teaching the 14 and 15 year olds in sunday school. I cannot decide if it is easier to teach them or the primary children. They both seem to have about the same attention span. They are good kids though and it has been enjoyable. My oldest will turn 8 this year so I very excited for him to be baptised. We have always tried hard to teach our little ones the importance of following the example of our saviour. I know my boy is excited too. May the Lord bless you all with a wonderful new year. |
