I am still very interested in anything having to do with Colombia. In March 2001, I visited Bogota, Manizales, and Popayan. I told everyone it was worth it to return to Colombia just to drink the fresh fruit juice again!! The temple in Bogota is 'maravilloso'. In 2001 there were very few gringo elders, with many elders from neighboring countries.
We live in Delaware. We have 5 children (ages 3-17). I may try to post pictures some day, but don't hold your breath.
I served as scoutmaster for 5 of the last 6 years (3 woodbadge beads!), and went to the National Jamboree in July 2005. Now reassigned as 2nd counselor in bishopric; should have left me alone with the scouts, oh well. |
