My wife Nicol and I were married six months after my return from Colombia -- I think I actually said "Chevere" when she agreed to marry me -- I'd been home three whole weeks. We have three daugthers, Kira, Krista, Katie (we loved the "K" chapter in the "Book of Names" and highly recommend it to others).
I've spent most my time since my mission in the Young Men's program of the church. I'll never forget being in the conference center as the current "Duty to God" program was revealed to the Church. When we first moved to Lehi, I served as Scout Master and then Varsity Coach to a group of young men now serving missions. The Lord sent me daughters, but these were my boys.
Currently I serve as second councilor in the bishopric and my wife as achievement days leader. |
