Well..were all reaching Middle Age...I just celebrated my birthday last Sunday. But to tell you the honest truth, I totally forgot it was even my birthday and so did my family. Middle Age lately has plagued my life. I did however manage to grill some Carne asada last Saturday and Carole Lynne made some really good tortilla soup (tangent alert!)...But I left my truck lights on and my battery was dead the next morning Yiks! Once again my Middle Age episodes are becoming more prevalent.
I've noticed lately (since last Saturday) my middle aged antics are more frequent and an everyday occurrence. I've recently forgotten my name at a Toxicology conference (Monday), then the other day I forgot a friends face (my wife) that was on Tuesday, and just yesterday I forgot to zip up my fly as I was leaving the bathroom, and today I forgot to unzip my fly while using the bathroom...suck!
I noticed this Middle Age thing started around my middle last year and now it's
affecting my motor skills. I also use to think MA meant More Alcohol or
Marijuana Anonymous...I had no idea it meant Middle Aged until last weekend. I'm not even sure if I selected the right companions.. their names look familiar! |
