I am looking for the Missionaries that baptised my mum, who was known then as Jane Burns. She was found by Tracting. She was taught around 92-94. Jane had a son names James; that is me. Jane was either pregnant with a girl or had the baby girl Alex at the time. It was a very unique family to find and I am looking for the emails, addresses or phone numbers of these elders/sisters who knew my mum and I. I would appreciate anyone who knew the missionaries to give me contact details of these missionaries. This would make a great Chirstmas Present for my mum this year.
Thank you. Please email me directly at jamesmfarnell@hotmail.com

It's been a whole year since anyone has commented on this! Just wanted to ask a question: does the aching for the mission ever go away? ELSM is the best mission ever! Hi to everyone who served during '08-'10!

Baptised in August 1969 with my Parents and 2 siblings when I was 13 years old (name then was SHARON PATTENDEN0. Belonged to the Leigh Park Branch, later to become the Havant Ward. Was baptised by Elder Wallace Stock and Elder Merlin Ross. After we were baptised and during the 1970's we had a lot to do with the missionaires, my Dad John Pattenden was always out teaching with them and my Mum Audrey always cooking for them. My brothers Shaun and Steven were baptised with me and my sister stella slightly later, my youngest sister Sarah-Jane was born on Christmas Day 1970 and the missionaries were even with us on that day and visited my Mum in hospital with us. Lots of happy memories of those times which I would love to share with missionaries from those days.

For anyone who might have known and/or served in the mission with Elder Curtis Boyack, from Preston Idaho, I thought you might want to know that he passed away last fall. He was a great friend, and was valiant in serving our country from the time we returned home from the mission field until the time of his death. He served several tours to the middle eastern conflicts that still are going on these days. I just thought you might want to know of his passing.
