Seems crazy to think about that I have been back here at BYU longer than I spent in France. I'm finishing up an International Business degree with a minor in French and should be done April. 2004. BYU is great and I love all the chances we have to see one another, even if its not often enough for me. Hope to see all of you soon. LOVE AND LAUGHS, CRAMER
Update: Wow, been home now for seven years, its starting to seem like a lifetime ago. I graduated from the Y in 04 and worked in finance for 2 years and then decided that what i really wanted to do is teach, so i am finishing up my student teaching at a high school here in SLC. Its really cool i love teaching. I came out about three years ago, soon after graduating from school, and have started getting involved in some anti-discrimination activism. It has been interesting to see the reactions from family and friends, many have been very supportive. It does cause a few people to reexamine what they know or think they know about things, which i feel is ALWAYS a good thing. I kinda wish that the other kids from our mission who are out and gay would write that on here so they would know that they arent alone from the mission, lol, there are/were quite a few of us. Anyway, i am very happy, healthy and feel like i am living my life in harmony with where i am supposed to be at and with what i am supposed to be doing. God bless you all, and drop me an email some time, we can chat! Mike Cramer |
