Comments: What a wonderful blessing to have served in the France Paris Mission, especially under President Waite. There's hardly a day that goes by but what I reflect on some experience I had or some lesson learned there.
Upon returning home from my mission, I graduated from BYU with a degree in business management and met my wife there. We were married in the Provo Temple in March 1975 and are still very happily married.
We've lived in Stockton, California, for nearly 25 years and own a business headquartered there (Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. (www.vpps.net)). I've served as a bishop, stake exec secretary and on the high council twice.
We have four kids of which three have served missions (Korea, Louisiana, Italy) and the older two are married in the temple. All four are active and faithful in the church. Diane and I now have five grandchildren.
I'd love to hear from any of you who served around that same time in la belle France!
