Elder Schmutz was called to serve in the Belgium Brussels / Netherlands mission (BBNM) speaking French. As of March 1, 2010 the french-speaking areas in BBNM were transferred under the direction of the France Paris mission.
Elder Schmutz worked in the BBNM mission office as "secretaire de legalite" and then worked in the Paris France office until his new assignment in Orleans. |
