Bonjour a tous!
I have finished my Associate's degree and am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT. Sariah does not seem to take the heat very well and it causes her to have seizures, so we are contemplating a move to Boise, Idaho in the next two years.
James is 6 and is in First Grade now. He has overcome most of his speech delay, though we have to work very hard with him on all of his topics. I take him to school in a trailer hooked up to my bicycle, and he loves the ride. I will have to teach him to ride his own bike soon so we can go on family bike trips when the weather cools.
Sariah is 4 now and is still in preschool. Despite the massive amount of brain damage from the stroke, she is almost normal! She has mood swings and more severe sickness than the other kids, but there is no doubt that we are grateful for the miracle of having her in our family.
Emma is 2 and a half. She is a little genius and is somewhere in a kindergarten education level. Her knack for trouble has not lessened, and she loves to sing, dance, and have stories read to her all the time.
Eliza is 7 months old. Her physical and mental skills are very advanced like Emma. She is a major Daddy's girl like her sisters. It is to the point that she almost won't eat if I am around, so I have to retreat when I am at home from time to time so she can get her feedings in. She is our last child. This decision was difficult to make, but our answer came a year ago during conference after a lot of prayer and searching.
Sara still takes care of the kids and home. She is the nursery leader in our ward. I have recently reported to the Reporting team. I help administer the data warehouse server and databases, and I gather data and create software reports for all management levels in my company. I am serving as a Ward Missionary and the Gospel Principles instructor. I am loving working closely with the full-time Elders. The activities are very different than in France, but it brings back a lot of great memories. Please contact me sometime. |
