I am living back at home in Paradise, California with my parents, for a while. I am working for Target--as a stock clerk. I have been a Nursery Leader for the past seven months and have loved almost every moment of it. The other Nursery Leader and I have become really good friends. I am also on the Young Single Adult Committee for our stake and doing great at that. However, I am unable to do much with that calling because of work. (I work early in the mornings which makes everything hard. I have been attending my parents ward the past seven months, but I am ready to start attending the local Student/Young Single Adult Ward in the area. Everyone is excited and busy with life for the dedication of a temple in our area. The temple is the Sacramento California Temple--the 123rd temple to be built. It has been in operation for the past six years and finally it is happening. The temple is being dedicated on September 3rd, 2006 and I am participating in the event. (YEAH! This is the first and only temple where I have been able to participate in the open house and the dedication itself. I am so excited.) The temple is two hours away from us, which is nice. |
