After my mission, I finished my bachelor's degree at BYU and then worked full-time for BYU for 2 1/2 years in their Computer/Data Communications department. Then I changed jobs and worked for Novell, Inc. (a computer software company in Provo) for 9 years until my next career change when I became a "stay-at-home" mom. I love it. I married John Ahlander from Gilbert, AZ in July 2000. We now have 2 children, a girl, Marie, who is 2 1/2 and a boy, James, who is 3 months. We live in Orem, UT. I've been back to Germany a few times since my mission and it was so fun to visit and to take my husband there. |
