May 30, 2004: Just a quick update: Recently returned from 14 months in Iraq! Really enjoyed my time. I was stationed just north of Tikrit under the 4th Infrantry Division. My time as a missionary really helped to prepare me for a combat command and living in a fish bowl 24/7. I am grateful to have served my country and hope to return to Iraq in the future in order to spread the gospel. God bless all who are now serving and all who have served in the past.
May 2002: I am grateful for everyone that I served with and for all that each taught me. I am a better person because of each of you. I am grateful for the privilege to have served under two great men and their wonderful companions. Most of all I am grateful to have served the Lord full time in that wonderful country. He is my Savior and Redeemer!
